Josper Robatagrill RGJ-PRO L, charcoal open grill perfect for the robatayaki cooking style. The grilling temperature is 250 ºC and the firing up time is about 20 minutes. Grilling area is 1430 x 230 mm (x3 levels) and charcoal consumption per service of 8 to 10 kg average. Included accessories: Teppanyaki plate, Josper tongs and temperature regulation grates (3 small and 3 big). Small portions of food are cooked on skewers directly on the hot charcoal. Ideal for cooking all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables in a unique way, where the ingredients never lose their original aroma. In addition, it offers various braising levels and includes different types of accessories for working over charcoal, on skewers, Teppanyaki grills and other utensils.
